Terms of Service

By accessing or using Wayzy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Wayzy is a carpooling matching platform that connects commuters traveling similar routes. We facilitate introductions between drivers and riders but do not provide transportation services directly.

To use Wayzy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You may verify your identity through school or work email verification to earn trust badges. Providing false verification information may result in account suspension.

For Drivers:

• You must hold a valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance
• Your vehicle must be in safe, roadworthy condition
• You agree to follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Cost-sharing is limited to fuel, tolls, and reasonable wear — Wayzy is not a commercial ride service

For Riders:

• Be punctual at agreed pickup locations
• Treat the driver's vehicle with respect
• Contribute fairly to shared costs as agreed
• Communicate promptly about schedule changes

All users must adhere to our community standards:

• Treat all users with respect and courtesy
• Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
• Do not share other users' personal information without consent
• Report any safety concerns or inappropriate behavior immediately
• Do not use the platform for any illegal activities

Wayzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

Wayzy is a matching platform only. We do not provide transportation services, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the condition of any vehicle, or any incidents that occur during carpooling arrangements.

Users participate in carpooling at their own risk. We strongly recommend verifying the identity of your carpool partners through our verification system and meeting in public, well-lit locations.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wayzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. We will process your request and remove your personal data within 30 days.

Wayzy may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice.
